    BBQ filet mignon served with a steamed lobster tail topped with a tarragon parmesan cream sauce, poached asparagus tips and oven roasted baby red potatoes lightly tossed in olive oil and garlic

    Salmon en papillote surrounded by fresh dill, scallions, lemon slices and white wine accompanied with julienne fresh vegetables and rice

    Sinful Endings
    Tropical Sunday. Pineapple boat filled with sautéed pineapple bits over Haagen Dazs French vanilla ice cream topped with toasted sweet coconut

    B-52 Chocolate mousse. A rich and creamy chocolate mousse with Grand Marnier, Kahlua, and Baileys Irish Cream served with a dollop of fresh whipped cream and shaved white and dark chocolate
