Taylor Charter - July 2006
The Taylor Clan had the best time…we were always well-fed thanks to Paula’s superb culinary skills, the brownie smell will linger with us! Justin’s child minding skills were so appreciated. Captain Laddie’s pirate stories brought he Caribbean alive for us and we go home a lot wiser!

Mitchell Charter - June 2006
We had an awesome charter. The crew was amazing…especially Miss Paula’s cooking! Justin did a good job throwing us all over the place behind the dingy and keeping us entertained. Laddie had an awesome route for us to take and we saw some awesome spots!

Cunningham Charter - April 2006
Great trip. The crew was fantastic. Four adults and five boys challenged the crew each day. Each crew member was more than up to each challenge. Sailing with Captain “Big Al” Suprin was a great experience. It’s all about the client and a great love for sailing with 6’5” chin-up champion Captain Al. Justin kept all systems running and amazed the boys with card tricks and tales of the sea. Paul’s frozen drinks are awesome and her meals rivaled any restaurant in the area. The BVI’s are beautiful and the diving is good, but this crew made the trip extra special.

Wow!! A fantastic week. The crew made the trip very special. Al, Paul & Justin were a great crew and a real pleasure to be with. Captain Al put us on some great dives and we enjoyed all of the sites of the BVI’s. We would definitely do this trip again if we could have the same crew. The boat was perfect for our two families. Our Captain Al, aboard the Serendy, challenged me to a duel…however, instead of muskets and iron ball bullets, he came up with the best poem!! But how could we come up with a fair way to compare poems. Everyone on board said our poem has to end with the word Timbuktoo!!!
Al’s first -
On journey we went to far away lands.
To rolling seas and shifting sands.
On the horizon, bright and blue, destination Timbukto.
Ohhhh, the rest of the crew and guests thought Al was the MAN!

There are 9 of us on this trip and we all had a great time! The crew kept us all very entertained with games, jokes, rope swing, snorkeling and much more. We had great food and a great time! We have spent 10 wonderful days on Serendy with the crew. We have had the most exquisite meals, dives and snorkeling. The BVI’s have become a better place to visit due to the Serendy crew! Mangus

Dearest Erik, Al, and Trent,
Last week’s press charter was cohesively exquisite.
The golden rule in Caribbean vacationing was fully achieved; You all succeeded
in transporting a group of guests, presumably worn weary with the stresses of
modern life—into the realm of quintessential Caribbean stress-free
disposition. The American Caribbean proved to offer a great deal of cultural
vibrancy as well as fulfill all exotic expectations of venturing outside of the
states.
The lovely relaxed sentiment of the crew was not an
enhancement of the trip, but absolutely paramount in the success of our stay.
Guests requesting the true Caribbean experience are likely to appreciate an
array of options with regard to charting their routes, planning their activities
and dining. Our trip was a successful mélange of gorgeous tropical locales,
sailing, excursions, dining and water-sports options galore. You did a wonderful
job of joining together our group of journalists who had never met before, and
who are all well-versed in the hospitality industry. Thank you all so much for a
completely gorgeous vacation; your operation is top notch, and service first
class! I will be writing Serendy a dashing review in my magazine, as well as
recommending the charter experience to friends and colleagues.

Well, first I think
we owe you and Capt. Al a great thank you for an excellent cruise on the
Serendy. Your efforts in keeping us on a schedule and providing for our
various requests were exceptional. I was surprised at how much living
and gathering room Serendy offers, and for our group it was an excellent
size.
The staterooms were
as advertised and very comfortable. It is obvious that this is not a big
cruise ship and it is not run like one; it is run better. We were able to
enjoy your company as well as our own group. This size also allowed us to
go where we wanted to on our own times. An excellent party boat with all
of the necessary components to make it work nicely (particularly the crew).
The more than ample
food was all freshly prepared and the conch fritters were excellent.
The freshly caught mackerel was also well prepared and served with the utmost
class.
When I think back
at the morning sunrise with fresh coffee in the bay at St John or St Thomas,
it brings to mind some of the most beautiful visions of the area. The
clear water and classic trade winds kept everyone so comfortable.
As a crew, you
and Al made everyone feel comfortable and part of the family. That is a
challenge that you successfully met and succeeded.
We also enjoyed
Vieques very much. That is truly a beautiful island and some of the most
magnificent beaches in the area.
Again, we thank you
both for your professionalism and the quality of the trip. You made it a
great vacation for Kathy and I.
