CREW PROFILE
Captain: Louis Dilieto My name is Louis DiLieto. I am 40 years old and have been working on yachts for 20 years. I became a Captain 15 years ago and have stayed busy running private yachts and private yacht charters. I love cruising the Bahamas and the Virgin Islands. These locations offer many fun and memorable experiences for our guests. I look forward to a great 2009 Season in the Caribbean's Virgin Islands and then the Bahamas. See you soon for some diving, snorkeling, water sports, fishing, and great dining onboard. Bring your cameras there are plenty of photography opportunities here.
Engineer: Nick Spaner Nick is originally from The Czech Republic. Nick is not only a great engineer with intimate knowledge of yachts, but is also an expert diver. He is working on completing his captain’s license and will soon become co-captain. He loves teaching adults and kids watersports like jetsking, wakeboarding and snorkeling the many beautiful reefs.
1st Mate: Casandra Bruno From Sweden, Cassandra came to the US and Insatiable two years ago. She comes with an extensive background in the service industry as well as an education in media communications. Her interests are scuba diving, snow and water sports, graphic design and tender driving!
Stewardess: Catherine Wright Catherine Wright grew up in Huntington WV, but her love of the ocean soon brought her to Key West Florida where she has lived for the past five years. She has an extensive background in the hospitality industry with an emphasis on wine and table service. She previously worked aboard a busy charter sailing vessel as first mate/stewardess. She loves sailing, swimming, and reading.
Chef: Dan Wright Recently married and leaving Key West Florida, where he had lived for the past 5 years, Dan Wright brings his passion in the hospitality industry to the world of luxury yachts aboard M/Y Insatiable. Dan was born in Lawrenceville, Georgia but spent most of his life growing up in southern Ohio. Driven by the joys of traveling and flavors of the world he has lived in the Philippines, Mexico and the Caribbean. He enjoys cooking classic French, Asian, and South Floridian cuisines just to name a few specialties. As alumni of The Culinary Institute of America and spending years behind the stove at such renowned restaurants as Louie’s Backyard and Savannah’s Restaurant, Chef Dan Wright will be sure to please your every gastronomic desire.
