Chef Mike originally self-taught has had the opportunity to serve as apprentice to world renowned chef Pascal Chevillott @ Cha Cha Cha in Grand Case, St. Martin, FWI. One off-season found him attending culinary school in Europe (Balleymaloe). More recently he did an internship with St. Martins hottest chef Mario Tardif @ Marios Bistro in Marigot, St. Martin, FWI.
Graunyas First Mates / Hostesses are on the move individuals selected for their delightful personalities, dynamic energy levels, love of water sports and solid sailing experience. Assisting Capt. Mike, over the years, to create memorable holidays for Graunyas guests have been sailor ladies from Australia, Corsica, Denmark, England, France, Holland and New Zealand as well as the United States.
