Just got off the phone with Karl, the client hosted by Dan on CHOCOLAT BLANC. This is his 7th charter over many years (five in the Caribbean and three of those in the BVI). This is a very experienced guest and certainly one of our best clients. It was a family party of four and he had some definite ideas and plans. One was an extra tender or kayak so the two kids could take off by themselves.
 
Dan and Janet did an outstanding job! Karl said it was the best charter yet. He loved the boat and really praised the laid back style of the crew. He said he never was hosted by a crew so tuned into his needs and what makes a charter great for him and his family. Janet was outstanding and was always ready to plan meals around their schedule. He knew Dan got exactly the right "read" on him right away.
 
Dan obtained both an extra tender and kayak (at the boats expense and effort). Dan took them to Anegada (first time there). Karl said it was outstanding and Dan seemed to know everybody there so they truly felt welcomed.
 
As you know, this charter was booked on short notice with plenty of date and pick up changes. Both Dan and CharterPort were outstanding in working with us on these "problems." Due to the client's experience, there were many more questions and requests than normal. Each was handled professionally by both CharterPort and the boat.
