Day1:

lunch-Crab and spinich quiche,green salad and
              fresh bread sticks.
       Starter-Tomato and basil soup
       main -Garlic shrimps, coconut rice, stirfried carrots and greek salad.
       dessert-Bannana and chocolate cream
                 coffee/tea

Day2:

Breakfast-Fruit bowls,cereals(muslie/branflakes etc),yogurts, cheese platter                                       toast,muffin/croissants or bagels.
       Lunch    -Carribean chicken salad
       Starter -Brie and caremalized onion tarts
       main     -Pork tenderloin in orange brandy sauce,garlic potatoes, mushroom stuffedtomatoes and avo-corn salad.
       dessert -strawberry cheesecake

Day3:

breakfast-Portholes,bacon,sausage,cereals,toast,muffins/bagels or croissants.
       Lunch     -Babotie,sambals, popadoms and french salad.
      Starter   -Avocardo ritz
      Main      -Red snapper with avo and lime, lemon rice and carrots amerreto.
      Dessert  -Rum fudge pie

Day4:

Breakfast-Fruit salad, cheese platter,yogurts,toast,cereals,croissant/muffin/bagels
      Lunch     -Cold cut platter, palmtree garden salad, fresh bread sticks.
      Starter  -Taco olives
      Main     -Chicken corden bleu, brocolli in cheese sauce, black olive pesto with penne pasta, mango tomato salad.
     Dessert  -Apple crumble

Day5:

Breakfast-orange yogurt pancakes with strawberries,bacon sausage, eggs,toast,cereals.
       Lunch    -croque monsieur(dressed up ham and cheese)
       Starter -Pumkin soup and bread sticks
       Main    -steak cut with creamy mushroom sauce,spinich/plantain wheels, moulded potatoes and garden salad.
       Dessert-caribbean rum bannanas with vanilla ice cream and drizzle chocolate sauce

Day6:

Breakfast-Cheese platter, toasts, fruit platter,yogurts, cereals,mufins bagels
       Lunch    -Chicken fajitas
       Starter - Spinach and Broccoli Soup with Goat Cheese Croutons   Main-Salmon taglietelle, bread sticks and Scrumptious salad                    Dessert-bannana/mango,bailey bake
